These terms govern your use of CoolAstral — an astrology assistant that chats with you on WhatsApp and Telegram — and of coolastral.com. By using the service you agree to them.

1. What CoolAstral is

CoolAstral generates birth charts, daily forecasts, and astrology answers over chat. All content is for entertainment only — it is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and should not be the sole basis for important decisions. Your decisions are always yours.

2. Who may use it

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. By using it you confirm you meet the minimum age.

3. Your data

To create your readings we collect birth and contact data as described in our Privacy Policy. To erase your data, write to hello@coolastral.com.

4. Acceptable use

One birth chart per person — don't use different identities or emails to work around the limit.
Don't use the service for illegal or abusive content, or to harass others.
Don't access the service in automated ways or interfere with its operation.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

5. AI-generated content

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence from your birth chart. They may contain inaccuracies and are not statements of fact or guarantees about the future.

6. Availability

The service is provided “as is”. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time — including daily deliveries, which depend on the WhatsApp and Telegram platforms.

7. Paid plans

The service is currently free while in a pilot phase. When paid plans launch, prices and conditions (including renewal and cancellation) will be shown before you subscribe.

8. Creators and partners

Content creators can offer CoolAstral to their communities by registering at coolastral.com/join. Partnership and revenue terms are presented in the creator dashboard.

9. Intellectual property

The CoolAstral brand, website, and software are ours. Your readings are yours — you may save and share them.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (currently zero — the service is free).
