Privacy Policy

CoolAstral (“we”) is an astrology assistant that chats with you on WhatsApp and Telegram. This policy explains what data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights.

1. Data we collect

Birth data: your name, date, time and place of birth, and your current city — used to compute your birth chart and daily forecast.
Channel identifier: your phone number (WhatsApp) or user ID (Telegram), so we can reply to you.
Email (optional): only if you request the PDF report.
Messages you send and your preferences (forecast time, language).

2. How we use your data

We use your data solely to: compute your birth chart, generate your daily forecast and answer your questions; deliver those messages on your channel; and, if you ask, email you the PDF report. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.

3. Artificial intelligence

To generate replies, the relevant content (your question and your chart context) is processed by Anthropic (Claude). We do not use your conversations to train models.

4. Who we share with

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with providers that run the service:

Meta / WhatsApp and Telegram — message delivery.
Anthropic — reply generation (section 3).
Resend — sending the PDF email, when requested.
Partner creators: if you joined through a creator's community, they can see limited information to manage that community — your name, number and recent activity. Creators cannot access your birth data or the content of your private conversations.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep your data while you use the service. You can delete your profile at any time by sending /reset in the chat, or by requesting deletion by email. After deletion we remove your profile, chart and history.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export and delete your data, and to withdraw consent. To do so, use /reset in the chat or email us below.

7. Daily forecast (opt-out)

You can stop the daily forecast at any time by tapping the “Parar previsões” (Stop forecasts) button, or send /resume to start receiving it again.

8. Minors

The service is intended for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the current version.
