Frequently asked questions
Will CoolAstral post on my Instagram or compete with my content?
No. It lives on WhatsApp only, with people who already chose to talk to you — it publishes nothing on your profile, creates no posts or reels, and does not exist anywhere outside the chat. Its job is serving and monetising the people who already follow you; what makes you the reference stays yours.
How much work does this take per week?
Setup takes about 10 minutes, once. After that the service runs on its own: you post the way you already do and check the numbers whenever you like. Creators who answer DMs late into the night usually feel the difference in the first week.
Who processes the payments?
CoolAstral handles everything: charging the fan (PIX or card), issuing invoices and paying out your share. You track every sale in real time on your dashboard's Earnings page.
Are my fans ever charged automatically?
Never. Every charge is opt-in: a fan only pays if she clicks the link and confirms. When the 14-day trial ends she simply moves to the free weekly summary — nobody is charged without asking for it.
What if a fan cancels her subscription?
She can cancel anytime, no penalty, and goes back to the free weekly summary — she stays in your community and can subscribe again whenever she wants.
What counts as an "active fan" on the plan where I cover the daily?
A fan who received 10 or more daily forecasts in the month. Fans on the weekly summary don't count — you only pay for who is actually consuming the daily.
Can I switch models later?
Yes, anytime from your dashboard. When you switch, your current fans get a friendly heads-up and a courtesy period before any new rule applies.
